I offer stress management consultations, using the holistic approach. My mission is to help clients in case of stress caused by modern lifestyle, without medical intervention. As a stress management consultant, I design individual treatment plans for clients using established techniques such as Neuro Linguistic Psychotherapy (NLP), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA) and Meditation. As a holistic practitioner it may be that alternative therapies (e.g. Aromatherapy) are also appropriate according to individual needs.

The uniqueness of using all these techniques (and choosing the ones to apply and in what order) and combining them when devising each clients' individual treatment is the strength of my approach. That is why it is called holistic, not just treating the symptoms, but the person as a whole. As part of the treatment I also offer an Indian Massage (Head, Shoulder and Neck massage), which is very beneficial if suffering from stress related symptoms.

During the initial assessment, I look at the client's current lifestyle habits, nutrition and stress situation. I establish his/her stress picture using various forms and questionnaires for accurate diagnosis. We then agree on the treatment plan and proceed with it. Depending on the client we tackle different issues, such as phobias, anxieties, difficulties with communication/interactions, low self-esteem and negative thinking, how to deal with change, difficulties with problem solving, addictions, depression (mild, medium), etc.

Sessions are results oriented and structured, with clients often given homework to complete.

I work with individuals aged over 16 - in some cases I may work with children accompanied by a parent, but not over the Internet.
